Delete your account
How to delete your account in the Rhythm Assembly app (by Rhythm Assembly), what is deleted and what we have to keep.
Delete it in the app (quickest)
Sign in
Open the Rhythm Assembly app and sign in.
Profile
Tap Profile (bottom right).
Delete my account
Scroll down, tap Delete my account and confirm. It’s deleted straight away and you’re signed out.
Can’t use the app?
Email hello@rhythmassembly.co.uk from the email address you joined with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your name, alias, mobile number, town and profile photo
- Your messages with the Rhythm Assembly team and with promoters
- Your saved trips and booking files, your Updates and your Rewards points
- Your sign-in: your email address is released and your password removed
- Tickets for events that haven’t happened yet stop working
What we keep, and for how long
- Sales records (orders, refunds and tickets for past events), with your name removed, because we and the promoters who sold you tickets must keep financial records – normally for six years under UK law.
- A record of your consent choices (for example switching promoter offers on or off), so we can show we respected them.
Promoters never receive your email address, phone number or date of birth. If you bought from a promoter’s shop with delivery, the promoter (and their supplier) keep the delivery details for that order as part of their own records.
